I had two fantastic experiences with the Dean Crowe recently. First, when I tried to order tickets for The Coronas, a gentleman (I think his name was John) returned my missed call and helped me get them. A few weeks later, when I couldn't find my tickets in my emails, he was so kind and helpful on the phone. He checked both of my email addresses, and when nothing showed up, he searched through the seats until he found my name. He never made me feel like I was putting him out, he was just so professional, kind, and friendly. Top-class customer service like his really makes me appreciate our local theatre, and I'll definitely be visiting more often because of it. Thank you so much.

The Dean Crowe Theatre & Arts Centre is a super venue with a warm, welcoming bar area and great staff. The theatre itself is comfortable, with balcony seating that adds to the experience. Pre-ordering interval drinks is a thoughtful touch that makes the evening feel easy and well organised. Michael Mania was a super evening

I went to see 'The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time', one of the production in the All Ireland Drama festival. On arrival at the theatre, we were treated to open air music. A wonderful atmosphere in sunshine. The theatre is very comfortable with lovely friendly, helpful staff. The play was most enjoyable. All in all a beautiful experience.

Amazing experience in the Dean Crowe Theatre. I brought my nieces to see Rapunzel and the League of the Princesses and it was absolutely fantastic! We were met at the door by a lovely lady who was so friendly, especially to my nieces and the same with the man working on the desk with the merchandise. Fantastic night, will be back!

What an iconic venue, applause 👏 to all lighting, sound & all patrons of the stage. Always a joy to go to the Dean Crowe how lucky we are in Athlone to have this venue situated so close to the left bank, a perfect place for strolling from fantastic restaurants & pubs.
