To ensure your comfort and convenience, please call our Box Office on 09064 92129 with any special requirements. Our staff are on hand to assist you at all times. The Dean Crowe Theatre is wheelchair accessible with a wheelchair accessible toilet situated on the ground floor.  There are three designated public accessible car parking spaces outside the front door.  Please advise the box office at the time of booking if you have any access requirements.

The Dean Crowe Theatre bar is open on select performance nights. This is the ideal spot to meet family and friends or maybe the cast and crew before and after the show and during the interval. We can take your order for interval drinks before the show so there is no need to rush at the break. There is no need to panic if you don’t finish your drink in time for the second half. For many productions, you can bring the drink with you in the cups provided.

The Dean Crowe Theatre operates the following policies for the benefit and enjoyment of all its patrons.
Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes is prohibited in the theatre.
We ask that all mobile phones be turned off during performances.
Photography, video and audio recording are prohibited.
Please arrive early. If collecting or purchasing tickets from box office we advise you to arrive at least 20 minutes before the show.
Latecomers may not be admitted depending on the production guidelines and late admittance is at the discretion of the manager on duty. Late admittance will only take place at a suitable break in the performance and latecomers may be seated in an area of the auditorium as directed by management.
Food or drink in the auditorium is only permitted at the discretion of the promoter and manager.
We ask that all patrons respect those around them. Please keep movement and speech to a minimum. We request that parents ensure that their children are not a disturbance to other patrons. The Dean Crowe Theatre is dedicated to the highest of entertainment values and we thank you for your cooperation in these matters.
Patrons considered to be disruptive or causing distraction to other audience members during a performance may be asked to leave the theatre. No refunds will be given.
Once purchased, tickets can only be refunded in the event of a show being cancelled or a change of date and time.
Management reserves the right to make essential changes to the cast or programme without prior notice.
Management reserves the right to cancel any performance without prior notice.  In this event tickets may be exchanged or refunded to the face value.
If a performance goes ahead, the management accepts no responsibility for tickets unable to be used.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Patrons enter the venue at their own risk and assume all responsibility for their property.
Any attempt to alter or modify a ticket invalidates it.
The Dean Crowe Theatre reserves the right to vary the advertised programme if necessary.

Once you have booked tickets, your details will be held on our database. From time to time we may send you information about the Dean Crowe Theatre and its programme of events. If you do not wish to receive this information please tell us at the time of booking.
